We camped for three nights at this spot in the Egypt area of Grand Staircase-Escalante. It's large enough for many tents and vehicles (we had 5 vehicles and 5 tents). The views down into the Escalante River valley are spectacular (especially at sunset). The first night we were there it was quite windy, but it calmed down for subsequent nights.
